(I get $.10 everytime somebody says that!) almost all tobacco is LISTED as 0 tar, 0.5% nicotine or 0.05% nicotine. The difference is 0.05% nicotine is rinsed with water...it makes it more perishable, and gives it less of a buzz, or makes it smoother (depending on your point of view).
