The tobacco was like an inch away from the foil! also he used his hands to pack the hookah and handle the shisha nastyness haha. Im not trying to hate i was half kidding but it is supposed to be an educational video so everything should be perfect in my opinion. Nothing wrong with breaking it up in your hands i guess but personally i hate getting the syrup from the shisha all over my hands. You ever accidentally wiped your mouth after it was on your hands haha maybe im the only idiot but wow sooooo disgusting it numbs your whole mouth and makes you want to immediately puke lol. And I never use it all up in a session.I use tongs to load up the shisha as well, less messy. I do use my hands when I need to break up the shisha, but I usually squish my plastic baggy around a lot before I load so there is no need for hands.I have licked my fingers before, hey it smelled good...anyways, the flavor was like having a spoonful of pepper. I do pretty much everything the same as the guy in the video, but I use a tad bit more tobacco. Also, all the people I know and have seen set up a hookah have always used their hands to put the ma'assel in the bowl. If you use your tongs, it leaves your tongs gooey, and when you start grabing the hot coals, it will start to smoke and stink from the goo on the tongs. Yash, i suppose im not everyone i usually use tongs and then scrape off the tobacco onto my ash tray and clean my tongs like once a week or so. Where i smoke i dont have access to a sink or anything to wash my hands and i will literally go insane having that goo on my hand forever haha. I must be OCD lol. I like natural coal, I cannot use quick lite ones anymore. The way he was handling everything just shows that he is in love with his hookah -nothing wrong with that- but you could still see the passion in his work. Some friends from Germany (Hookah people) came and showed me how they pack a bowl. Not much tobacco. I asked them "What's the problem?" They told me it was too expensive to pack full bowls. I personally wouldnt put the lights around it unless I'am smoking it by myself ( clumsy people knock it over), although it does look cool. I never touch the shisha on purpose because i just think its nasty, and I fill the bowl because I like long sessions. To each there own I guess.
