The VIP thing is a card. For $20 a year the bearer gets $1 off a hookah, 15% of retail purchases, and I'm going to introduce a new flavour each month, VIP members get to try a bowl for free.
If the flavour turns out popular, I'll start carrying it. If not, I'll sell out what I have and try another, kinda market research.

The first day was slow, but the monsoon kept a lot of people inside. Tomorrow should be better, It's graduation day here so people are going to be looking to party....I hope. huh.gif

keep advertising man and u should be fine.. remember most businesses dont flourish after the first day.. lol smile.gif just keep ur name out there !!

Even though the first day was slow the smoke was outstanding! Most definetly that I am gonna try me some more of the many blends. Once word spreads more people will flock like flies to a rotting corpse! It will be great! Ok so maybe flies and corpses are bad for analogies but the weather sucked saturday but business will fly later. aight man catch you soon.

hey, i havent read this whole thread but i just got a nice idea. you might already have it done. get wi-fi!
just get the local cable internet and a wireless router and that prolly would be plenty, charge a buck if you have too, but that would be sweet!

kick ASS beer selection by the way.. Glad to see the northeast is well represented.. I would have a tough time deciding amongst the #9, Dogfish Head IPA and the Chimay.. mmmmmmmm
