You gotta be careful though, don't overdo it. My sister had asthma and quit smoking but the habit was so bad that she needed at least something. Gums and nicotine plasters weren't helping so she asked my hookah and after a while she started smoking it but slowly. Now she's doing it more often. Depends on your condition.
