EvansLight Posted September 6, 2006 Share Posted September 6, 2006 Well i broke down and made myself one. I tried to make one that wouldnt restrict the flow, but would still break up the smoke. Kind of a compromise between the two, but it works.Its made out of one of the filters i got free from hookah-shisha and a few tips i got from social smoke. I took out the red part inside placed it inside a tip, and burnt them together. To try to break up a bit more added one more tip on the bottom. Gonna get some fine metal mesh to add to the bottom of this one to break it up further. once i get this metal mesh i should be able to make a better one that i might sell :DHere is looking into the part that goes into the stem of the hookah. Its lookin better and also smaller, that second peice was pointles, and also made the stem too long.This newer one looks alot nicer, and when the screens on it should work like a charm. I'm gonna go look into aquarium stuff soon to see if I can make something into a diffuser :DOtherwise... my stargate has a bigger down spout that goes into the base... making my old diffuser of a mouthpiece tip unusable...
