Some will be spending no money but the packages will worth well over $25. I just don't want a lot of people to be out a lot of money. So don't go and spend more than $25. Higher someone of the oppisite gender to right it for you. Then drive to the next state over so the post mark won't be from the right state. I got it in the mail a few days later with the top right corner ripped off and a stamp that said "evidence of postage paid".
