But I was at a yard sale yesterday and came across this beauty and couldn't pass it up especially for $25. I have no idea the maker but it's build quality looks pretty solid. The flowers on the base are hand painted and the silver striping is pretty intact except for the bottom where its started rubbing off a bit. The stem and one of the trays have some engraving as well. Either the way it's a pretty good yard sale find! If any of you happen to recognize the make let me know!
