The reputation is what you see at the bottom right of everyone's posts. It used to be + and -, but we took away the - because a member was abusing it hardcore, targeting one member. The reputation system is used if you really like a member's post or find it really helpful. To see someone's reputation rating, go to their profile. There was a point when I had something like -15 rep because of a certain thread where everyone was just neg repping anything they could haha.
