Every Time I Click A Link...

Recommended Posts

It opens in the same window. Meaning it navigates me away from my current page. It should be where when you click a link it opens in a new tab or new window automatically (depends on your browser settings). All the other sites I go to are like this. So it's a HF setting thing. Any way we could change it?

Thanks,
Chris

Duh, that's what I do now...

I'm just saying, why not make it easier. All the other sites/forums I frequent have it set that way.

I don't know if this works with Mac / your browser, but try Ctrl + mouse click on the link. It should open in another window / tab

Macs do not have a Ctrl. Instead you use the "Command" key, which has the same function. And yes, you're right, clicking Ctrl+Mouse click does open a link into another tab. It'll be something I'll have to remember and get used to, but I'll start doing it from now on. Thanks Matias!

I'd still like it if we could get the setting changed, if it's not too much to do... :)
