It has a TIKI face, and when you exhale through it, the smoke goes out the face's nose! Never has this much engineering or innovation been put into a hookah hose in the history of Shisha. Also all our hoses are made in the USA of medical grade washable plastics, not duct tape like the chinese ones. You could advertise it as a seal for multiple hose hookahs, but an auto-seal valve is much easier and doesn't require any movable parts. I wouldn't call adding a shut off valve on the tip an engineering innovation either... Sorry for the negative comments, but I just wasn't impressed.
