It's just a plastic hollow tube with the inside only having a pillar of plastic in the center of the tube. I wouldn't be surprised if it whistled if I were to blow into it. Hah.. I think I just came up w/ a new idea for a hookah accessory... a mouth piece that whistles when you suck through the hose.. like those party favors.. WOOO.. Perfect for them hookah parties.
