Hello gents (and others)

My name's Tony, and I smoke hookah.

My first experience with a hookah was in '99 in Israel when there on business, I'd been a cigar smoker for a few years already and I discovered that the hookah was quite a pleasant experience, though I admit that I was a bit taken aback when we entered the room with all of those "opium pipes" which was the only thing I knew about hookah's up to that point...

After being reassured several times that it was indeed tobacco being smoked, I reluctantly took my first draw. the shisha was some unflavored variety, as far as I can tell now looking back, but it was far less harsh than I would have expected.

Fast forward 10 years, and I still smoke cigars (in case you couldn't figure that out from my handle) and currently enjoy shisha several times a week.

Guess that's about it, well, almost anyways, but there will be other threads for further monologue and dialogue I imagine.
