Genuine Hookahs- Another long story but I think they might be gone now anyways.

Smoking-hookah.com- Sending shills to promote business. Representative of company not willing to play within rules.
Thehookah.com- Using members to post their announcements.
Ballaj.com
Maharajahookah.com- This one and the one above are the same site. Spamming forum.
Hookahset.com- Can't seem to stop screwing up. Tired of the excuses.

Other sites that have lost their posting privileges for non-participation can still be discussed by members to their hearts' content, they just can't post stuff about themselves anymore.

Now that these banned sites are posted, less tolerance will be shown for people posting about these sites.

Simply typing "Banned Vendor" does NOT allow you to talk about a vendor.
