Add A Poll To The Product Review Forum

I thought it might be nice to add a poll to the product reviews so there might some "instant" visual aid with a bar graph that indicates the highest rated flavors in any given brand. I've seen such things on other boards. It might prove to be more efficient than reading through every review before shopping for a new flavor.

Despite variations in how one would rate a certain tobacco I just thought the bar graph type poll might be a nice "instant" (as in quick and easy) visual guide to trying a new flavor versus reading through all those lengthy reviews, but it sounds as if your mind is already made up.

Click on the brand you want.
Hit Ctrl+F
Type in the Flavor
Hit find
Read as much of it as you like (I usually read the part that says how it tasted and smoke density.)
NOTE: If the flavor is not on that particular page of a 30 page thread, go the next page, and repeat.

It really shouldnt be THAT huge of a deal to read through reviews, you might actually learn something from their coal set up or hole pattern, or something.

Lengthy reviews? really?? these things are typically under 10 lines.

And in the search area it's quite easy to search for your brand/flavor combinations limited to the reviews subforum only so you don't have to hit ctrl+F over 30 pages.

Look, it was just a thought. I didnt' intend for this to become a long drawn out topic. I just thought it might be nice to look at a simple bar graph and say "hmmmmm, this one is highly recommended by multiple people and this one is not" before running out to buy or order a new flavor rather than sorting through all those other flavors/brands.

Sounds like its not happening. So be it. Nuff said.

well..its to show we really do listen when people have suggestions, look at the non-hookah related trade section.....

Some things i know wont work because they were probably tried at some point before MOST of you joined, some i know won't work because...welll..i just have this feeling kinda thing. And soemthings I try even if I don't like them, but enough people wanted whatever and I really couldn't see a legit reason why not....um..that make sense? anyways, we do listed to ideas and we do sometimes try them..so keep coming up with new ideas please....

An even easier way to search for a particular flavor review.
Click the Tobbaco Review section
Click the brand name
On the first page, scroll to the very bottom. On the left side, there is an entry box to search for keywords within that topic... just to the left of the "Search Topic" button.
