I've tried the cups that claimed the same damn thing, they didn't work either. I'm not saying that it won't work at all, but I'm with nick, it's not worth the way it looks or the price.My solution that works better is: putting a few ice cubes and water in my base, and leaving it in the fridge for 20min-1hr and I can assure you it's colder than yours is or would be later.
