He claims that because he spent over $200 dollars on everything he can't send it to me. When the hookah was $70 on Hookahcompany last week ( i was going to buy the exact one), he has a bunch of crap hookah-hookah tobacco. mattarios2 Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 oh boy, that is a possibility. maybe tell the guy you will take just the hookah and what not excluding the shisha for the price you paid, and see if he will meet you half way and say ok. that way he can try to sell the shisha/coals/etc. for more money and you won't have to deal with ebay.if he says no then i would file the claim and just go with it. I'll see what happens, worst case scenario i get my money back and go get a different hookah. My QT bit the dust about 4 months ago but i've been smoking it anyway, the base has a few nasty cracks in it and slow leaks the water out. My other two hookahs are just show pieces really, they're pretty non-functional. So i was all about getting a nice KM, this is the first time i've ever had a problem on ebay.
