I got a email back from George at 11 saying they did and if I ordered by 1 he could get it to me tommorow with fedex ground. Everything was packaged very well and all was in great shape. Nothing was missing and the the hookah is air tight and hose also. No complaints at all. 10/10. Two days later I hadnt got a tracking number, so i I checked my email and I got an email saying that the phunnel was out in the color I ordered, so I called them up with the number they gave me in the email, and they were very nice, and told me what other colors I could have. It shipped out that day and was here 4 days later (i live in Indiana) and overall it was a great experience. Everything always arrives in mint condition. The tri-metal came in and the vase was wobbly so i called them and told them, no questions asked they shipped me a new one instantly and told me to keep the wobbly one as a back up, got here in 4 days.These guys have always been good to meA+, keep it up guys. They forgot a package of fusion blueberry and there was a small hole in the stem of the hookah. So I call them to get my hookah repaired and get the shisha I ordered. They lady on the phone said they would send me something extra with my stem and shisha. They paid to ship the stem back ground shipping of course so I had to wait more then 2 weeks to get my stem back and they FORGOT to send me the shisha again. I called back and they said they had no note of the missing shisha, whatever. They reimbursed me for the shisha. I will never order from hookah company again. So after reading a bunch on the forum I decided to try out the small Chinese from Hookah Company. I also ordered a bunch of shisha that I read good reviews about and the coconut coals. Scoop Posted December 31, 2008 Share Posted December 31, 2008 ordered 3 replacement vases. i didn't realize they had new ultimate hoses in stock so i called in after the weekend and they added the hose. no problems.vases came. package said coupons were in the package but i couldnt find them. the crystal vase had some silver peeling when i got it which was kind of sad however it was packaged perfect with lots of bubble wrap and peanuts.
