mathuv Posted January 15, 2008 Share Posted January 15, 2008 well in the UK tobacco is extremely expensive (up to $25 for a 250g box of nakhla) and in europe there arent many other good vendors, the main ones are german and british but the germans have a law that their tobacco cant be more than 5% moist, and shisha needs to be at least 25% moist..
