Is It Possible To Reuse Shisha?

Recommended Posts

ok, sometimes i find myself having to throw out some leftover shisha from my bowl, but im wondering, can i keep/save the unburnt shisha and smoke it at a later time? I feel like such a cheap ass but hey 20$cdn for 50 g's is expensive lol.

I think it could be possible. The only time I ever saved shisha was when I was smoking my phunnel for only 40 min and I covered it in some cling wrap once it cooled and smoked it next day. It was just fine. Edited by MechAnt

Go down erin mills to collegeway and make a turn to the east, (Left from 403, Right from Dundas)

$20 a box 250g

still a rip off.

Online it's cheap, and no duties anytime i buy 750 grams or less (3 boxes)

Actually, as a testament to the current state of the US economy, for the first time in a long time, the Canadian dollar is about even with the US dollar.

Check out this website...

If you convert $1 USD to $1 CAD, you get $1 CAD = $0.995448 USD.

So you Canadians are really getting ripped off.

Hold up a minute! When did this thread start coming into a 'Britz have so much expensive products down there', 'i can't believe they pay that much!!'.
I can't believe it!
Its the economy here, especially with our taxes. sad.gif
I see the point but britain actually have a bad convertion rate for a reason >.>

Anyways, i don't think you should reuse the shisha. You may not get the smoke you want seeing as bits of it may have been burnt even though you cannot see it physically. sad.gif

I'd say if it's not Hookah Hookah brand, and your using a phunnel bowl, it might be OK. I know i've done it with Tangiers, but i havn't tried with anything else. I say Not HH because when the juice ozzes from the shreds of leaf, it's like shredded paperboard, and wont absorb it's own liquid back up, i've tried.

I think if you let it cool in the bowl, so the liquid from the shisha is thicker, you can mix it back up when you remove the burnt stuff, so actually it might even have a little more flavor, because you have less shisha with more juice....or maybe the heat removed most of the flavor of the juice... but since it's the juice that really smokes, maybe there is still some flavor cause it's not smoked....I just lost myself.

I say just try it. If it doesnt work, screw it. wink.gif

generally you can just pick the moist shisha away from the burned shisha, and throw that in your next bowl. Ive done it once or twice, not so wonderful, or clean but a good money saver

Welcome to my thrifty world ;) One bowl kinda morphs into the next, I don't typically start new unless I'm trying to impress somebody with a fantastic bowl, my current boss being the last one.

Haha I know that place on Hurontario, I live in St Catharines and the cheapest I can get in town is 250g of Nakhla for $15. I dont even have the option of 50g packs here, but all I can get for some reason is Nakhla. So I have to resort to online stores to get the shisha I want because im sick of Nakhla to the point of vomitting.

Also I'm much too lazy to save the bottom of the bowl leftover shisha, I turn the bowl Upside down Tap on it hard over a garbage can and wash it.
