1.
No holes on the sides ? :-s won't it trap too much heat this way ?
Perhaps this quick heat analysis I did of my can design helps to show why THIS design works so well. No wind cover on. No air drawing through bowl. 4. Good Shop Near Atlanta/Marietta

Same exit, 263, South marietta parkway. Cross over 41 (Cobb parkway) and you'll find "The Pipeline" on the right. It's a very good little smoke shop with lots of hookah stuff, pipes, spice, grinders, vaporizors etc. Usual smoke shop stuff, but the people are SUPER nice and will price match from any website other than ebay.
  5. Home Made Jar Hookah ($25) + Jar

Just as a reminder for those feeling down for the project. This would make a good Christmas gift for somebody. I want to see that somebody else makes one, I'd like input on ossible improvements, and decoratng methods that make these little jar hookahs nice.
  6. Home Made Jar Hookah ($25) + Jar

  8.
Mine's kind of embarrassing, let's just say I tried it then proceeded to vomit on the person that was passed out next to me. She was mad but I was too drunk to care. (I still don't)
lol this one is really funny! All of these in general seem to be pretty good and interesting.
  9. Georgia Smokers Ga

Yeah it's a small world. I already posted 2 "how to" threads to share my excellent SPSU engineering nkowledge haha.
  10. Try one coal broken in half with a wind cover, loosly packed sheisha, don't let the sheisha touch the foil direclty (leave a small gap) give the bowl 5 to 10 mins to heat while drawing slowly, remove wind cover and try from there.
Great instructions.
Thank you, I tried to make them clear and understandable. I hope that this helps somebody down the line who is either exposed to hookah but doesn't have one yet, or if people need a good travel hookah so their nicer stuff doesn't get damaged. They also make good gifts.
  12. How To Add A Purge Valve In A Glass Bottle?

MY friend made a hookah out of a Jager bottle. He used a glass drill under water, and JB weld to hold a nut in place and he screwed a hose fitting into it. You could go with that mehtod. JB weld will harden into a rocklike substance, and you can paint it with acyylic paint to match the color fo the stain in the glass.
this makes me want to clean my base.... i change my water every session unless i smoke one bowl immediately after the other
that's what I usually do
  14. is that a rotar from a rotary engine in your picture?

  15. Home Made Jar Hookah ($25) + Jar

Haha the sheisha I use is very juicy. (Fantasia brand) and the draw through style bowl I use for 1 person sessions lets a lot down the stem, where it mixes with the water and dyes it after about two bowls. I change the water once every 4 bowls or so. If I use a vortex bowl it holds the moisture in, but it is two large to blow through sheisha with by myself.
