1. Probably a mile(and a year lol) behind this, but if you still have the Mizo Mint boxes, dibs!
2. Yeah mine got me one for my birthday back in Feb. Best. Present. Ever.
3. That sucks, Too bad the knockoffs will never be remotely close to as good. Especially the glass hookah I snagged off of Crown when the first batch came out. Nothing even remotely comparable that ive seen for less than a grand(got it for somewhere around 300-350) Could knock someone out cold with the base and probably not leave a single crack in it!
4. Nevermind, friend took it off my hands haha..sorry bout that. Close this one up please!
5. Minor edit to that. 100g of the Cocoa...not entirely sure what the fourth one is..it's either noir or birquq..and it's about 200g. Cant find my old order thing..guessing orange soda or one of the ones that tends to never smell right lol.
6. Long story short, I have four tupperware containers of Tangiers..stuff worked great at my old residence, but can't get it to work at all at the new place And I'm too impatient to deal with it currently..plus little time to smoke lately..so selling it off. Mind the amounts are estimates of what's left..barely had a couple of bowls of each..so still quite a bit left in each bin. Roughly $5 for shipping. Tangiers birquq Breakfast cereal(the fruit loop tasting one) approx. 200g $10 Tangiers birquq Spearmint approx. 175g $8 Tangiers noir Cocoa approx. 200g $10 Tangiers Lucid (Horchata I think?) approx. 100g $5 Or (preferably) I will sell the entire pile for $25 plus $5 shipping. i just have to double check that fourth one when I get back in state..Could swear it was Hochata though. Just hate to see good Tangiers go to waste just sitting there hehe. PM if interested.
7. I'm just content I got my wish for Mizo Blueberry..and it's quite good. I can die a happy man now.
8. Well I decided to be that guy and test out the new gimmick product and review it..so here we go. Cost: 45 in a box..eight dollars..little on the pricey side. Appearence: Basically an oversized coconara..but with a V cut into the underside. Two of them on an alien phunnel barely fit side by side. Smell/taste: not bad..gives off a slight odor when lighting on the electric stove..but nothing that makes you want to cover your nose Ease of Lighting/Method: Electric camp coil stove Ash: Grey ashing Heat/Duration: Good heat overall..I figured with them being so large they would overheat the bowl..but I guess the v takes care of that...and it's Nakhla..which is impossible to screw up. As far as duration, they seem to burn up about 10-15 minutes quicker than cocos/CH naturals. Recommend: If you're into the gimmick thing...go for it. Still pretty much buying overpriced cocos though. OVERALL: 7/10 - they're good, but gotta knock a few points off for the shorter duration and higher price per coal.
9.
That flavor sounds cramped and uncomfortable.
Anyone else just imagine the gearshift going places it shouldn't? Not to mention multiple concussions.
10. usually one alien phunnel per evening(2.5 hours) unless im on the road.
11. urp..especially that flavor..which you can smell from a good mile away! lol
12. The real question is, does this mean I get to eat Thanksgiving dinner a second time this year due to this time travel phenomenon?
13. So.....many....un-bee-lievable.....puns... *head explodes*
14. Never seen this thing, sad i missed the drama lol. Also, the day I spend 40 bucks on a bowl is the day I call excessive frivolity on my spending habits and sell everything i own and move into a cave.
15.
well, like i say and say, tangiers packs like any other tobacco for a given bowl. It's all in the HEAT. And that's very cool. Quick Marry her before one of these clowns gets ideas.
Shhh don't tell him! Gotta make my moves here! Lol, all seriousness though that is freaking awesome. Like a hookah smokers wet dream of sorts hah Duh, winning.
16. only remote difference i've ever noticed is i get a bit better buzz if i leave all the stems in..otherwise no real difference to me.
17. Every one I've been to around chicago has a minimum. The only one I found that doesn't do this is down in Bloomington, IL. In fact they usually have a $5ish all you can smoke deal on wed./thursdays as well. Only gripe is their shisha selection..Al Waha and Starbuzz are not my friends. Also interesting note..no company can technically charge you for tap water in IL apparently..learned that a few weeks ago. They could be d-bags like McDonalds however and charge 5 cents for the cup though..bleh.
18. ehh..and somehow it's only what, 20 bucks? Never buying anything involving glass from H-S ever again after the last two incidents..their stuff is usually too fragile.
19. As far as the Ankh goes, don't do it. it comes with a couple of cool bowls but the hookah/hose itself is a freaking joke. I returned it within a day..lol. The hose is so tiny you feel like you have asthma trying to use it...oh and not even going there about how it was so lightweight that moving the hose around swivels/knocks the hookah down. And, as far as the Crown hookahs go, I have the Gamma one from that first batch that Santino/Poncho whipped up(I think it was just one of each..), and the thing is freaking awesome. I also have had no problems cleaning it either..quite durable glass. I wouldn't necessarily use the stem as a beatstick of any kind, but it's survived more than a few accidental bumps and knocks in the sink. Nice perk is it's all borosilicate glass(or w/e it's called) so coals/hot water don't crack it. I just got lazy the last few months and haven't written a review heh..
20. still sad..I'd kill for a good blueberry..the Romman one isn't bad..it just lacks flavor after about 30 mins..even in the phunnel.
21. Could only see this being useful for a long drive involving a straight highway..any other case..highly unsafe.
22. My guess would be it's something like the MNH screens with the hole in the middle..but with holes around the center as well to keep some airflow on the coals..just hoping i can get them to make me a screen to fit the bowl that came w/ the glass hookah i got from poncho/santino awhile back..heh
23. I like that reply..people rarely listen to facts wherever smoking is involved though sadly..since the cigarette industry has essentially caused all forms of tobacco to be rolled in with their chemicalized crap. it's interesting how noone really mentions that hookah is (generally) non addictive as compared to cigarettes as well. I can use the thing 2x a day for an entire week and go months without. Maybe I just don't have an addictive personality, but that's what i've noticed.
24. I use a heba purely because on my glass hookah the coal tray doesn't sit straight, so when i put the wind screen over the top, the vibrations make it fall over, and with the heba on it vibrates a lot less so it doesn't fall over. Never noticed any difference in the flavor/texture/etc. though.
