The only male end hookah bowl I've seen was at Hookah-Shisha, but I doubt you are going to find a multiple bowl setup for that, but I could vary well be wrong, sorry man.

Build one dude. I did out of brass, but I have since learned that brass is worse than coMFer to use :X I would sSPAM!!!est cork. Get a small tube of stainless steel to hold them together, scorch them to release any toxins (not to much! it will burn easily) and you got your self a funny looking doubled headed hookah toy!
